NordicTrack Vault Review

nordictrack vault

The NordicTrack vault is a sleek and functional storage solution for your workout equipment. It comes in two options — a basic model for $1,999 or the Complete version with storage and exercise equipment for $2,999.

Both models work with iFit, which offers a growing catalogue of workout options including strength training, yoga, and high intensity interval training.

iFit

iFit is a feature found on NordicTrack, ProForm, and FreeMotion exercise equipment like treadmills and bikes, as well as fitness mirrors. It offers a library of interactive workout videos and can track your progress over time. You can also connect to a TV and watch live or on-demand classes.

The Vault’s 32-inch display looks just like a regular mirror when it’s closed, making it an attractive piece of furniture. It opens and swivels when you need to use it, and it has built-in shelving and holders for equipment.

You can purchase the Vault alone or with a full suite of fitness equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, and yoga mats. NordicTrack also offers a “Complete” option that includes delivery, assembly, and a year of iFit membership. Financing is available through TD Fit Loan. The Vault is a good option for people who want to strengthen their muscles and challenge themselves with progressive strength-based training programs. However, it’s not a great choice for powerlifters who want to set new deadlift PRs.

Storage

The Vault offers plenty of storage for workout equipment, allowing you to keep your space clean and organized. This is important because it prevents you from tripping over weights or misplacing items, and it promotes a neat and clean workout environment. This allows you to maintain focus and momentum throughout your exercise routine.

The NordicTrack Vault Complete offers a sleek and compact design, making it easy to integrate into any home gym setup. It also provides a wide range of features, including a large interactive screen that streams on-demand classes led by fitness experts and real-time progress tracking.

The Vault also comes with a variety of workout equipment, including 5-pairs of weights, 2 kettlebells, 5 resistance bands, and a yoga mat. This is a great addition for those who enjoy following iFit classes, and it can help you improve your workouts over time. You can also purchase the Vault without equipment and store your own gear inside the cabinet.

Workouts

While the Vault is not intended for serious strength training (you’re not going to set any new deadlift PRs), it does have the ability to challenge you by progressing you through a series of strength workout programs. This helps you build muscle, and it’s a major benefit for anyone who wants to stay in shape while avoiding injury.

The 32-inch touchscreen built into the mirror lets you access iFit’s library of workout classes, including yoga, cardio, dumbbell strength, and HIIT. The interface is intuitive, with a clear screen and easy navigation.

The Vault comes in two versions: a standalone $1,499 model that is just a mirror with storage and a Complete option for $2,999 that includes a full suite of NordicTrack dumbbells and kettlebells inside the cabinet. Both options come with a warranty and financing options. However, you need a subscription to iFit in order to use the machine’s touch screen and take classes. That will cost extra after the first year.

Safety

NordicTrack vault is a home workout system that offers streamable exercise classes and storage for equipment. Its mirrored design provides immediate feedback so users can match the form of their virtual trainer for an immersive training experience. It also features efficient vertical storage for premium dumbbells, kettlebells, and fitness accessories.

The Vault is currently available for preorder for $1,999. It comes with a 1-year family membership to iFit and several workout accessories.

However, the Vault may not be suitable for everyone, as it does not offer live classes or personal training. It also weighs more than two hundred pounds without the weight of the accessories, so it is not portable and requires a permanent installation in a designated room in the home. It is possible to bolt it to the wall, but that requires additional hardware. This can make it expensive and difficult to move the device. It is also not ideal if you like to work out with other people or prefer the wider selection of equipment typically found in gyms.
