NordicTrack Elliptical Review

nordictrack elliptical

Nordictrack elliptical have some premium features that make them a good choice for anyone wanting a high-quality cardio workout. They offer a wide range of intensity levels and adjustable inclines.

They also have a 10-inch smart HD touchscreen and auto-adjustable stride. They have 22 digital resistance settings and iFit trainer that automatically adjusts workout settings.

Space Saver

If space is a major constraint for your workout routine (or your home gym), you’ll love the NordicTrack Space Saver SE7i. This elliptical folds into itself to create a tiny footprint, and it only takes 15 minutes to assemble when you’re ready to get started.

The machine also runs fairly quiet, which is great if you’re working out at a time when the rest of your household needs to sleep or just wants to get on with their day without waking you up. And it’s easy to use, with a sleek console that displays all of your workout data and allows you to easily access your user profile, adjust the resistance or incline during your session, and follow along with a recorded or live video workout.

The console is iFit compatible, and if you subscribe to this service (a monthly fee), you’ll have access to thousands of pre-recorded workouts that span all kinds of styles from low-intensity strolls to heart-pounding HIIT sessions. It also allows you to join trainer-led studio classes, map out routes on Google Maps, and more.

iFit Technology

NordicTrack spends a lot of time and money on research and development for their equipment. They also collect a lot of positive and negative feedback from their customers and incorporate it into their products. This has resulted in several innovative features, including iFit technology.

iFit is an immersive app that delivers thousands of online trainer-led workouts directly to your elliptical. It automatically adjusts your machine’s resistance and incline to match the commands or terrain of the workout. It’s a great feature for those who want to work out with a virtual personal trainer but don’t have the time or space for a gym membership.

Almost every NordicTrack elliptical comes with a full year of iFit included. They also offer a lot of other features, such as Smart HD touch screens, a wide range of built in workouts, and plenty of resistance levels. They also have a variety of stride lengths so that you can find the perfect fit.

Pedals

If you have a NordicTrack Space Saver elliptical and it stops responding to your commands, there may be an issue with the machine’s power source. If this is the case, unplug the machine for 30 seconds and plug it back in. This will reset the servo motor and should allow the resistance levels to be adjusted once again.

While NordicTrack machines aren’t known for their sleek design, they do look industrial in a very cool way. The C14.9 is no exception – this elliptical has a solid, sturdy build that looks like it’s designed to work hard.

It has 24 silent magnetic resistance levels and an incline option that allows you to target different muscle groups while also working your heart rate. Its pedals are cushioned to help reduce leg fatigue, and they can be angled as needed. Its stride length is 18″ which is shorter than some other ellipticals, but it will work fine for most users.

Warranty

Every piece of exercise equipment, even the highest-end machines, runs the risk of breaking down or needing repairs. Buying an extended warranty is a good way to reduce this risk. However, it is important to consider how often you plan on using the machine before deciding whether an extended warranty is right for you.

The NordicTrack elliptical is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that includes a lifetime frame and 1-year parts and labor warranty. If you would like to extend your warranty, you can do so by registering within 28 days of purchase. You can also buy a maintenance service plan separately to begin when your manufacturer’s warranty expires. Please note that a minimal shipping charge may apply when sending the product to a service center for Limited Warranty repair. This fee will be deducted from any refund or credit that is issued. Warranty claims do not cover freight damage, abuse, misuse, commercial use, or repairs not authorized by iFIT.
