NordicTrack Bike Review

NordicTrack bikes are designed to be low-impact workout machines that help improve your overall health. They come in several styles, including upright, recumbent, and air bike models.

All of the NordicTrack bikes offer 30 days of iFit membership, which gives you access to thousands of on-demand workouts led by world-class trainers. They also feature an auto-resistance option.

iFit membership

NordicTrack bikes and ProForm exercise equipment can be used with iFit, a streaming service that allows users to stream gym-style workouts to their home fitness devices. iFit’s library of classes is large, including a variety of running, cycling, strength training and HIIT workouts led by knowledgeable instructors.

iFit’s interactive workouts are motivating and effective, and they’re great for building endurance, strength and stamina. The app’s live races and events are also great for building a community with other iFit members and joining in on the fun.

The iFit subscription is $39 per month for a family plan (up to four additional accounts). It also includes a free trial month.

iFit’s interactive training features, such as incline and decline adjustments and real-time calorie burn estimates, are a fun addition to any NordicTrack bike or ProForm machine. The incline feature on the X22i and X32i is especially fun, as it automatically increases and decreases to simulate climbing or descending on a hill.

Pedals

The NordicTrack Commercial S22i is one of the most technologically advanced bikes on the market. It features a 22-inch interactive HD touchscreen that tilts and rotates to fit your workout in any room.

The bike offers 24 levels of resistance and an electric movement feature that creates incline and decline. It also has dual-sided pedals that allow riders to choose between toe cages or clip-in cycling shoes.

Customers love the iFit app, which lets them control their resistance, incline, and decline automatically. This feature helps them focus on their workout instead of fiddling with the controls.

It’s important to note that the iFit app is available for free. However, a monthly membership will need to be purchased in order to use the service.

Resistance

The nordictrack bike uses magnetic resistance rather than flywheels, which makes it quieter to use and more efficient. It has 24 levels of resistance compared to Peloton’s 100, and there are also incline and decline options.

The NordicTrack S22i Studio Cycle brings the energizing experience of a spin class to your home with an iFit-enabled 22-inch Smart HD touchscreen that rotates 360 degrees. You can tune into a class video, and ride towards your fitness goals alongside world-class iFit trainers.

In addition to incline and decline, the S22i bike also integrates cycling routes using Google Maps. This feature simulates cycling trails and allows you to create custom workouts while watching the scenery pass on the screen.

Display

NordicTrack offers a variety of bikes from different manufacturers to suit a range of budgets and preferences. This includes the Commercial Studio Cycle series, which features a touchscreen display for streaming workouts with iFit.

The 22-inch touchscreen can tilt up or down and rotate 360 degrees, creating an immersive studio feel for iFit classes. It also includes a pair of 3 lb dumbbells that store conveniently in front of the handlebars.

You can select and follow trainer-led workouts from the iFit app, or use the touchscreen to adjust incline and resistance manually. You can also take advantage of the bike’s built-in stat tracking to track your progress and goals.

The NordicTrack S22i is one of the most advanced bikes on the market, with features like automatic incline, decline, and resistance adjustments that simulate real-world cycling. It also features a wide array of iFit classes, including studio sessions and trainer-led scenic rides from around the world.
